Mr. Robinson specializes in corporation and business entity law, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and strategic analysis.  His clients have ranged from start-up operations to well established organizations.  His unique business, financial and legal background has assisted business enterprises large and small in maximizing their value and in solving various kinds of issues, both legal and business.

Mr. Robinson, who is also a Texas Certified Public Accountant, began his legal career in 1992 after a quarter century career in business where he served as a founder, board member and executive officer of companies ranging in size from start-up to $2.2 billion in revenues.   He has been chairman and chief executive officer of public companies including U.S. Telephone, Inc., United Telecom and Voice Control Systems, Inc., and Executive Vice President of Braniff International Corporation.

Mr. Robinson serves, and has served, on a number of non-profit boards, including the Marshall-Wythe School of Law Foundation, where he currently serves as Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee.  For the past nine years, Neal has served as an adjunct Professor of Law for both the College of William & Mary School of Law and the Mason School of Business, teaching such subjects as Complex Transactional Practice, Entrepreneurial Law and Accounting for Lawyers.  Neal was St. George Tucker Adjunct Professor of Law for the 2009-10 academic year.  He has also served as an adjunct professor of accounting at the graduate schools of business of the University of Dallas and the University of Texas at Dallas. 

Mr. Robinson has served in a number of industry organizations, including the International Air Transport Association—Geneva, where he served as Chairman of the Finance and Currency Committees, the Air Transport Association, where he was a member of the Economics & Finance Council, and the Association of Long Distance Telephone Companies, where he served as a vice president.  He has also testified before a number of joint Senate and House of Representatives committees of the United States Congress, including the Senate Select Committee on Campaign Contributions (the Watergate Committee).  He has also served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Robinson holds both Bachelors and Master degrees in business administration and accounting, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law.  In addition, he has taken graduate studies at Milwaukee School of Engineering, Austin College and North Texas State University, where he is all but dissertation for a Doctor of Philosophy degree in business administration with a major in accounting and a minor in economics.  He holds an honorary degree in education awarded by the Russian Federation.
