Robert E. Neiman has over 40 years of experience in the practice of business and real estate law. He has represented both public and private businesses in all phases of business from start-up through development, growth and ultimate disposition, including through financings, initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, workouts and other dispositions. In addition, he advises clients in succession planning, governance issues and financings. Bob also represents financial institutions, developers and contractors in all elements of real property transactions, including financing, joint ventures, partnerships, development, acquisition, construction, sales and leasing.
Bob has represented a wide variety of business clients including alternative long distance telephone companies, a voice recognition technology company, financial services companies, automobile dealerships, a race track casino, FM broadcast companies, and developers and contractors. He has experience in all elements of entity formation, business development, financing, workouts, and real property and construction transactions.
Bob also provides strategic planning and business counseling for companies and financial institutions, and, when necessary, participates in the management of litigation on their behalf.
